To get to the black of vanilla you have to get deep into the centre of its essence. With the minds of scientists in their understanding of the DNA of ingredients, their combination of flavours is exquisite. Reasonably priced for such a gastronomical taste adventure its impossible to resist the puddings. Especially when there is a whole menu just for vegans with a peanut butter cheesecake on it. Like modern art you don’t truly understand why it’s been depicted that way but you like the overall effect and the taste blows you away.
It even had me eating truffled mushrooms. Rosemary scones and pesto. How could I resist. Bit on the salty side for my normal no added salt taste buds, that aside was de-lish!
